Rebecca serves as Magpie’s Chief of Staff, bringing experience spanning teaching, coaching, leadership development, and nonprofit strategy. She began her career as a special education teacher and went on to design and lead professional development initiatives across the PK–12 landscape, with a focus on early childhood education, diverse learners, and educator credentialing. After a decade with national nonprofits, Rebecca founded an educational consulting practice focused on executive coaching and organizational strategy. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to helping teams build the clarity, strategy, and tools needed to achieve the outcomes that matter most.
