Ariela leads Magpie as Executive Director, bringing more than two decades of experience leading and scaling organizations focused on improving outcomes for students and families. She previously served as CEO of TNTP and co-founded EdNavigator, helping grow it from an early-stage idea into a national organization supporting thousands of families. Most recently, she worked with the U.S. Department of Education to support the turnaround and delivery of the FAFSA. Ariela brings a track record of transformational leadership and a deep commitment to building organizations that deliver meaningful results for learners nationwide.
